Shipping

All of our jewelry is hand made to order with love. It will take 2-3 weeks before your order is shipped. 

We are on vacation from June 27-July 18. Your order will ship the week of July 19 when we return. Thank you for your patience and for shopping at Melissa Witzel Designs. 

Materials

Our jewelry is made using Semi-Precious Stones, Fresh Water and Crystal Pearls, and a variety of metals. Most pieces are made using 14K Gold Filled metal, although some use Vermeil or Brittanium. We can create most pieces in 14K Gold or Sterling Silver upon request. All Semi-Precious stones and natural materials are one of a kind and therefore may differ from the photos on the website.

Bespoke/Custom Orders

We love and encourage custom orders. If you see a piece that you want to modify, we will be happy to work with you. If you want us to design something bespoke, just let us know by email. We will work with you on a design, sending photos throughout the process. Once the design has been agreed upon, we will send a quote for your approval.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns, but we are happy to exchange your item for a piece that you love of equal or lesser value.

Repair Policy

Our jewelry is made to last, but nothing is indestructible. If you should find that your jewelry needs some love and attention, just let us know by email. This includes all chains, clasps, construction and wire wrapping, but does not include the breaking of Semi-Precious Stones. If one of these items should break, we will do our best to replace it, but we cannot guarantee that an exact replacement will be available. Broken Semi-Precious Stones will have a replacement fee.
